Spine Sales Position
• Identify key surgeons in targeted hospitals, then convince them to use our products.
• Assist in the development of new product sales strategies as they pertains to territorial implementation and distribution.
• Manage the customer relationships for assigned hospitals accounts.
• Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities and customer need requirements.
• Achieve monthly / quarterly revenue goals thru effective territory management.
• Attend medical meetings, tradeshows and events as required.
• Support marketing initiatives while providing feedback to product marketing on customer and product issues
• Comply with company-wide procedures, including all Quality System SOP’s, specifically:
Design Controls - Labeling
Contract Review – Sales Orders
Complaint Handling
Servicing
Position coverage and territory:
****Dallas and North TX, canddiate must reside in Dallas/Ft. Worth area
Salary and Commission:
Base pay: 80K-90K,
Commissions Low: $70K
Commissions High:$85K
